In the second step we will be able to provide a close cost estimate. We can explore ways to stay within your desired budget while still delivering your desired end result.

Once you have confirmed that you would like to move forward with the project we will collect a small commitment deposit and move into design and final exact price.

In this step we will determine the exact scope and design of the project. This stage is vitally important to prevent project delays and unnecessary change orders. Once we finalize the design we will have an exact cost and can move into the contract phase.

In the fourth stage we will put together the contract documents and send them to you for an electronic signature.
