Southern Trace is my favorite contractor! They took my idea of an office on stilts overlooking the lake, and not only made it a reality but it became my favorite space in the house! They are trustworthy, hardworking, honest, and dependable – as well as being easy to talk to and work with.

Southern Trace replaced our old 2nd story deck, adding an enclosed screen-room and staircase. The final product exceeded my expectations, and I’m overall very happy with the experience. Warren was communicative and responsive, and worked with me on various options to bring the project in line with our budget. Their crews were respectful and efficient. I dealt mostly with Jose and Cameron, who obviously knew their stuff. If I have any future projects, Southern Trace will be my first call.

Southern Trace built a covered porch for us. They were very responsive, the workers were extremely professional an they completed the job in a timely manner. They went above an beyond. They gave me ideas when I wasn’t sure what to do. But the most important They had a project manager come daily an check the progress on the porch. I can’t say enough good about this company. I’m planning on having this company do a siding, window, gutter job on my house in the near future. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
